Itinery provides a personal travel itinerary planning tool that allows users to organize day-by-day trip schedules, save Google Maps locations and travel notes, and extract location mentions from publicly accessible Instagram Reels and posts.
3. User Accounts & Acceptable Use
You may use Itinery as a guest or sign in using Google Sign-In. You agree not to store sensitive personal financial data, government identification numbers, or unlawful content in your travel notes, and not to abuse or attempt to circumvent rate limits on AI extraction endpoints.
4. AI-Generated Output & Travel Verification
Transcripts and location suggestions extracted from public links are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and resolved via Google Maps. Because AI extraction and place matching may occasionally contain inaccuracies, you are responsible for verifying opening hours, addresses, and travel conditions before visiting any destination.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Itinery is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Itinery or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
